SURA PUTTU


Ingredients
Paal Suraa - one kg
Small onion –500 gms
Garlic –15, Ginger –50 gms
Green chille-4, Salt-25 gms
Seism oil-100ml , Kaduku-qs
Clean and boil the piece of suraa and squeeze it well until the water drains. Place the kadai in stove and  heat it, then add gingili oil  and kaduku. Add  crunched ginger, onion and chili fry it well, then add boiled suraa and fry it until it turns into a golden brown colour
Medicinal uses: It increases the secretion of  milk in lactating mothers. And also given as a valuable food for the patients.
