On November Dr .D.Velayudam, TMK participated in MAKKAL TV – LIVE SHOW ’’ MARUTHUVA NERAM’’.In the live show he explained the prevention and management of Mazhai kala noigal and also clarified the doubts of viewers.
Tamizh Maruthuva Kazhagam in coordination with MAKKAL TV jointly organised a cooking show, PARAMPARIYA SAMAYAL for promoting Traditional Foods. The show is being telecasted every Monday between 1.00 -1.30 pm. Members of TMK Dr.A.Kirubagaran, Dr.S.Senthil karunakaran and Mrs.Porkodi demonstrated the herbal food preparation and explained their medicinal importance .
Dr.A.Kirubagaran, TMK participated and conducted siddha medical camp at PCTC Tiruvanamalai on 8th November 2011. Preparation of Pinda thylam was demonstrated to the staffs of PCTC.
Dr.S.Senthil Karunakaran of TMK delivered his speech about “The Introduction to Siddha Medicine” in a training program for school teachers organized by “Karuna Club” held at Vivekananda Vidyalaya school at Tambaram on Nov 2011. Nearly 80 Teacher of various Schools get benefited by identifying 60 Medicinal plants and their importance.
Dr.D.Velayudam, of TMK participated as a special invitee in the preliminary meeting on conducting WORLD SIDDHA DAY organized by ISGMA at Chennai on 27th Decemberr 2011. Dr.A.Kirubagaran and Dr.S.Senthil Karunakaran were also participated.
Dr.D.Velayudam and Dr.S.Senthil Karunakaran of TMK participated as a special invitee in the VIZHUDHU A Training progam for young siddha doctors, organized by ISGMA at Salem on 11th Dec 2011.
Dr.D.Velayudam delivered a special lecture on “Healthy living with Siddha aspect” for members of ISHA Yoga in a program “Arogya Pariksha” at Salem on 11th December 2011.
Dr.S.Senthil karunakaran and Dr.A.Kirubagaran demonstrated the usage and the medicinal importance of Traditional food for members of PTA, in association with Annai Saradha Devi Magalir Mandram, held at Vivekananda Vidyalaya school at Tambaram on 17th Dec 2011.
In Tamizh Maruthuva Kazhaga Paasarai, the following Medicine Preparations were demonstrated to the students,
Meani ennai, Chithiramoola kuligai, Madhumega chooranam, Kumari ilagam and Kazharchi Mathirai.
